1. Shipping Destination
We currently ship to addresses within the
United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
2. Shipping Cost
We offer
free standard shipping on all orders. There are no minimum order requirements — shipping is always free.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are typically delivered within
3 to 8 business days from the date of shipment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier availability, and other factors outside our control.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within
1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website.

6. Shipping Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order will be selected based on your location and the most efficient delivery option available at the time of shipment.
7. Delays & Exceptions
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, there are circumstances beyond our control that may cause delays, including:
- Severe weather conditions
- Carrier disruptions or high-volume periods (e.g., holidays)
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout
- Customs or regulatory delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed to the carrier and tracking shows it as delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or other household members
- Looking in a safe location near your door (behind a bush, in a mailbox, etc.)
- Contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number
- Waiting 24 hours, as packages are sometimes marked delivered early

9. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at

We will do our best to update the address before your order ships. However, once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to guarantee address changes. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
10. Damaged Items During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within
7 days of delivery at
contact@wordoflife.shop with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
