Refund Policy

At Word Of Life, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.


2. Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received
  • The item must not have been damaged, written in, or altered after delivery
  • You must contact us first to obtain return authorization before sending the item back

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions upon inspection.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items that have been damaged by the customer after delivery
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us before sending your item back:

Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.


5. Return Shipping

Unless your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Please note that shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please take the following steps:

  • Check your bank account or card statement again
  • Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order separately.


9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
