We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your request must be initiated within this 30 day window. Requests made after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The book must be in the same condition you received it, unused and undamaged
  • The book must not have missing pages, writing, or other alterations, unless it arrived that way
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt
  • The item must have been purchased directly from wordoflife.shop

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us using the details below and provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If the return is for any other reason, such as a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
